As a result, the product was recently recalled by the manufacturer, Roanoke Companies Group, Inc. in conjunction with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC). The Sanders firm is investigating and pursuing claims on behalf of individuals who were injured by TILE PERFECT STAND ‘SEAL grout sealer. The reason stated for the recall was that the product’s odor was not chemically strong enough to force consumers to minimize their exposure to the fumes.
