Yamaha Rhino Recall: Risk of Brake Failure

In March 25, 2008 the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reported a possible safety risk on the Recreational Utility Vehicle produced in 2008, Yamaha Rhino 250 and Yamaha Rhino 700FI models are both part of the voluntary recall by the California based manufacturer Yamaha.
The RUV's where sold from October 2007 through March 2008 by all Yamaha dealers nationwide, the Make/Model number along with the Primary Identification Numbers can be found on the chart below.

Yamaha Rhino Recall: RUV prone to tip over during a sharp turn
Multiple injuries and even fatalities have been reported by those who were in a RUV Rhino roll over during a sharp turn. Yamaha, the RUV manufacturer sent out letters to consumers notifying them that the vehicles tendency to tip over is due to excessive speed and sharp turns. However, the manufacturer did finally admit that there was a problem with the RUV's design in August 2007.
