Joseph D'Agostino graduated from St. John's University with a B.S. in Business Management in May 1999. He attended St. John's School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree in June 2003.

While attending law school, Joseph interned with a real estate law firm and worked on various property issues, such as commercial real estate transactions, zoning issues and tax incentive programs for Lower Manhattan.

Joseph joined the firm of Baker & Barshay, LLP, as an intern, in his third year of law school. He has more than five years experience in all aspects of No-Fault litigation and arbitration. Currently, Joseph is an associate at the firm handling its trial calendar in Kings Civil Court.
