Martin Block received the prestigious certification as a "Civil Trial Specialist." Mr. Block graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1965. He was admitted to practice law in New York State in November of 1965. He is a member of the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the American Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of the City of New York, and the Nassau-Suffolk Trial Lawyers Association. He has been admitted to practice in the Federal Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. Mr. Block is an arbitrator for the American Arbitration Association. In addition, he is a founding member and on the Board of Directors of the Long Island Trial Lawyers Association.

Mr. Block guest lectured at the New York State Trial Lawyers Association, the Hofstra University Law School Trial Advocacy Program, and he appeared as a guest on the Lawline Cable Television Show. Mr. Block is registered in Who's Who in American Law (Fourth Edition), Who's Who in the East (21st Edition), Who's Who is Society, and is also listed in "Men of Achievement."
