Jessie Waldinger, a graduate of Columbia College and Brooklyn Law School (where he was an editor of the Brooklyn Law Review), has prosecuted malpractice cases on behalf of victims for over twenty-five years. He spent most of his career at the prominent medical malpractice firm of Kramer, Dillof, Tessel, Duffy & Moore, where became a partner in 1988. In 1993, he and Mark Bodner co-founded Bodner & Waldinger, P.C., which concentrates on medical malpractice cases. Mr. Waldinger, a veteran of the courtroom, specializes in trial preparation. A writer and lecturer, he currently serves as Chair of the Medical Malpractice Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
