REZULIN CLASS ACTION
If you took the diabetes drug Rezulin and have diagnosed with liver damage we can help you sue the drug's manufacturer. The pharmaceutical company must compensate people injured by the drug because they knew or should have known of the risks associated with the drug. If you took Rezulin it is important to talk to your doctor to see whether you have been hurt by the drug. As always if you have questions about your rights, call our office.

PROPULSID VICTIMS
If you or your infant child took the drug Propulsid (cisapride) and have subsequently suffered heart problems, we can help you sue the drug's manufactures. Symptoms of heart problems include: rapid heartbeat, heart palpitations, shortness of breath, chest pain, dizziness and fainting. Propulsid was used to treat nighttime heartburn and for infants with colic. Proplusid was removed from the market in March, 2000 because of many serious inquiries and over 100 deaths which were reported to the Food and Drug Administration.
