A New Partner and Three New Associates
E. David Woycik
Mr. Woycik is a Senior Trial Attorney, a graduate of Hofstra Law School and was admitted to the bar in 1981. Mr. Woycik began his career as an Assistant District Attorney. In 1988, Mr. Woycik began trying civil cases and has since obtained numerous large verdicts for injured victims. Mr. Woycik is a Lieutenant Colonel in the United State Army Reserves and served during Desert Storm for which he was awarded the Bronze Star and Army Commendation Medal for Meritorious Service. He currently teaches Trial Advocacy for a program at Hofstra University Law School.

Sanders, Sanders, Block, Woycik, Viener & Grossman, P.C. is proud to also announce that its family has grown to include three new associates.

Patricia McDonagh joined the firm in 1994 as a law clerk. She graduated from Hofstra University School of Law in 1995 and was admitted to practice law in the State of New York in 1996. Ms. McDonagh practices in the area of personal injury and specializes in Lead Paint Poisoning litigation. She is a member of the Nassau County, New York State and American Bar Associations.

Diane Spinner started with the firm as a law clerk in 1994. She graduated from Touro Law School in May 1995. Ms. Spinner is a member of the American, New York State, and Nassau County Bar Associations as well as the American Trial Lawyers Association. She practices in all areas of personal injury law and specializes in premises liability and sexual harassment.

Tammy A. Trees started with the firm as a law clerk in 1993. She graduated from Touro Law School in May 1995. Ms. Trees is presently admitted to practice in the State Courts of New York and New Jersey. She practices all areas of personal injury law and specializes in civil rights actions. She is a member of the New York State and Nassau County Bar Associations and the New York State Trial Lawyers Association.
